Foundation for Movement
Before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.
Isaiah 65:24 (NKJV)
I read these powerful words, and then, I scan a short devotional by Billy Graham. He mentions Knox and Wesley and Luther and how crucial prayer was to their ministries and how effective in the mighty movement of God—in and through their lives.
I read this and I realize, I need a bigger heart for prayer. I need a bigger heart for prayer, because my Big God is moved by my prayer—even before I speak!
LORD, please give us the time and hear our prayer. Amen.
